Manufacturing

A purpose-built production environment

CNC glass fabrication, precision metal processing, and product assembly all sit under one roof — a fully integrated setup that gives us control over quality and lead times in a way that outsourced manufacturing cannot match.

Inside the facility

Problems caught early cost nothing

The facility includes dedicated design and prototyping workstations where our engineers validate specifications, review materials, and test product performance before anything enters full production. Problems caught at this stage cost nothing. Problems caught after installation cost everyone. We invest heavily in the front end of the process so the back end is clean.

Our in-house team of engineers and craftspeople are present at every stage — from the initial specification review through to the final inspection before shipment. There are no handoffs where quality can quietly slip.

Testing & validation

Problems caught before production cost nothing

01

Specification validation

Dedicated studio workstations where engineers validate dimensions, finishes, and compliance requirements before anything enters production.

02

Materials review

Glass, aluminum alloys (6063 T6), and SS Grade 304 hardware are verified against specification on receipt — before they touch a machine.

03

Prototype & performance testing

New parts and concepts are prototyped and tested for the environments they will live in: heavy daily use, humidity, and very little tolerance for failure.

04

Full-run consistency checks

Finish and dimension consistency is checked across the production run — room 204 must match room 108, on this order and the reorder next year.

What we make

The full scope of commercial bathroom products

Standard, specification-ready products — designed to the dimensions, tolerances, and finish standards that commercial and hospitality builds demand, available without the lead time and cost overhead of bespoke production. All products come in coordinated finishes, held consistent at volume across full runs and repeat orders.

Why it matters

What buying direct from the factory gets you

01

You know exactly what you are getting

Our products are standard, documented, and specification-ready. Technical drawings, finish samples, and product dimensions are available before you commit to an order — no surprises when the product arrives.

02

Consistency across every unit

A towel bar that looks slightly different in room 204 than it does in room 108 reflects on the property. The same materials, finish process, and quality controls apply to every single unit we produce.

03

No intermediary, no margin layers

Buying direct from the manufacturer means you are not paying a distributor mark-up. Our pricing reflects the actual cost of producing a well-made product at scale.

04

Volume capability without compromise

We produce at the volumes commercial and hospitality projects require, and large orders are never an invitation to relax quality standards — consistency is maintained across the full run.

05

A manufacturer who understands hospitality

Supplying the hospitality and commercial construction industry since 1933 — the use patterns, maintenance considerations, finish durability, and visual standards are built into the product, not added as an afterthought.
